Introducing Our Coaching Program
At All Attitude Fitness, we believe that personal training should be PERSONAL before we focus on the training aspect of your fitness. We create programs for our clients that are specific to their needs. This ranges from prehabilitation, to rehabilitation from surgery or injury, to weight loss, increasing strength and size, and preparation for bikini, figure and bodybuilding competitions. We encourage and coach you to create a mindful awareness of your body and how it works; the feedback you receive and how to interpret these messages. Tension over time in the muscle is a technique used as an integral part of making strength and physical gains in the program. We strive to teach you to create an awareness throughout the entire body as you go through resistance movements.
