Together, the AAF team, Melanie and David Riley, have 45+ years of training experience. They work with clients to achieve the following: increasing strength and endurance, dietary support, weight loss and body re-composition, sports conditioning, and rehabilitation from injury and/or surgery and subsequent strengthening protocols for recovery. Melanie and David also coach competitors in women’s figure and bikini and Men’s Physique and Bodybuilding.
All Attitude Fitness provides a complimentary consultation to every prospective client; this includes fitness and postural assessments, total body measurements, BF% determination via Lange Calipers and a dietary review.
Melanie and David are both Certified Muscle Activation Technique™ (MAT) Specialists. MAT is a revolutionary way to enhance and improve neuronal input to a muscle that has suffered decreased output due to stress (trauma, physical, chemical and structural dysfunction). MAT is non-invasive and allows for a subsequent ability to “activate” muscles via stimulation of soft tissue at the origin and insertion points of the muscle. Clients who use Muscle Activation Techniques as a part of AAF services enjoy decreased pain and tightness, increased range of motion and overall better mobility.
Melanie and David both train at the Wellness Center in Tupelo, Mississippi which is associated with the North Mississippi Medical Center (NMMC). The NMMC Wellness Center is the most comprehensive health and fitness facility in north Mississippi and is a nationally recognized Exercise Is Medicine (EIM) wellness-based facility. Melanie and David offer fee-based personal training to members of the Wellness Center. If you have no interest in joining the Wellness Center, non-Members have the option to pay a $5 fee for each private training session that they set up with either David or Melanie.
